New Era has always done a great job providing updates, communicating any issues, working proactively to solve them, all with very competitive rates. Our two biggest customers, Walmart and Sam’s Club, heavily grade us using their OTIF (on time in full) guidelines. We cannot be early nor late or it will negatively impact this scorecard which could in return cost us business. We trust our most valuable business to Max and New Era Logistics.
